FAQ for using DAH (Auction House)
Instructions for participants and auction creators
How to participate in an auction
- To participate, open TMA ENC from the chat notification or directly in the bot @enc_official_bot, go to the DAH section and select an active auction.
- Only users who have signed in to the app can participate. Sign-in is done via TON Connect and connecting your wallet in the site header.
- After signing in, you can place bids in auctions.
- Each auction has its own settings: prize (NFT or TON tokens), commission and outbid time (set by the chat owner), token (from the chat owner’s list), start bid, step, and prize — set by the auction creator.
DAH auction mechanics
DAH works as follows:
- Bids are counted as soon as you click “Make bid”; you can outbid even in the last second.
- You have 1 minute to confirm the token transfer for your bid.
- If the time after the last confirmed bid has run out and the next bid was not confirmed, the auction ends automatically and the winner is chosen.
- If you don’t win — your bids are not refunded and go to the winner’s and creator’s reward pool.
- If you win — you receive the lot and the creator’s share of tokens from all bids.
- If you were outbid — to become the leader again, add the amount given by the formula:
Current leader’s bid − sum of all your previous bids + auction step
Example
- Current leader’s bid = 1000 tokens
- Sum of your previous bids = 900 tokens
- Auction step = 100 tokens
1000 − 900 + 100 = 200 tokens — that’s how much you need to add to become the leader.
For auction creators
Creating an auction
- Creating an auction is paid: the fee is taken from your balance according to the chat owner’s settings (with ads — 1 EC, no ads — 2 EC).
- Creating an auction requires transferring the lot (prize) before the auction starts.
- You choose what to do with the proceeds: send to your wallet or burn tokens.
- An auction cannot be cancelled after creation.
Balance top-up
Balance in the app can only be topped up with the ENC token.
